Validation Matrix

The Validation Matrix is a 3-phase pipeline that checks every AI output before it's applied to your codebase.

The 3 Phases

Phase 1: Classify

Each task is classified before validation:

Complexity: trivial → simple → medium → complex. determines check strictness.

Phase 2: Work

The AI produces its output (code edits, new files, commands).

Phase 3: Validate

Three parallel check systems:

Dynamic	A smaller LLM reviews for logical issues static analysis can't catch
Spiral	Knowledge-based: style patterns, known bugs, project conventions

Autofix Loop
